Who we are
All products and services on yourrapidresults.com are owned and delivered by Kevin Nairne, trading as Rapid Results, based in the United Kingdom and the Philippines. Contact: action@kevinnairne.com
Payment
All prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise stated
Full payment is required before any work begins or any product is delivered
Payments are processed securely through Thrive Cart and its associated payment processors
We do not store your payment card details
Refunds and cancellations
Digital products — no refunds once delivered
Coaching sessions — non-refundable once booked
Copywriting and done-for-you services — non-refundable once work has commenced
Subscriptions — cancel any time, no refund for the current billing period
If you are unhappy with anything, please contact Kevin directly before taking any other action. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably with a straightforward conversation.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered by email or secure download link within 24 hours of payment
Copywriting and done-for-you services are delivered within the timeframe confirmed at the time of order — typically 2 to 3 weeks
Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement following payment
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees — we will always communicate clearly if delays occur
Revisions and additional work
Minor factual corrections to delivered work are included at no extra charge
Additional edits, rewrites, or changes beyond the original brief are charged at $97 per hour
A thorough brief at the start eliminates the need for significant revisions
Intellectual property
All work produced by Rapid Results remains the intellectual property of Kevin Nairne until payment is received in full
Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered work for your own business purposes
You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of work produced by Rapid Results
All responses provided through Ask Kevin remain the intellectual property of Kevin Nairne
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information via the relevant brief or form
Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate briefs may affect delivery timeframes
You confirm that all material you provide is owned by you and does not infringe any third party rights
Limitation of liability
Rapid Results provides copywriting, marketing advice, and related services in good faith. We cannot guarantee specific results from any product, service, or advice provided. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
